Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to bookings:

Check-in is from 15:00, if you expect to arrive after 18:00, please inform us of the expected arrival time.

Check-out is possible until 11:00. If you wish to leave later than 11:00, the luggage can be deposited with us.

breakfast (included) from 8:00 am to 10:00 am

lunch (for guests on request) from 12:30 pm to 2:00 pm

dinner (for guests on Monday, Wednesday and Friday on request) from 20:00 to 22:00

For hygienic reasons, pets are not allowed.

Due to the grounds and facilities, the complex is not suitable for minors.

Collina d'Oro cannot be held liable for personal injury, damage, loss or theft of personal belongings.

​

When booking you must make a deposit of 25% within 7 days, the remainder can be paid on departure. If you book within 10 days before the arrival date, we request that you pay the deposit immediately. The booking is final once the deposit has been received.

If canceled within 7 days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable. If the government does not allow travel, the deposit will be refunded.

We accept cash, debit card, Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, American Express, Diners Club, VPAY, Discover and Union Pay as well as contactless payment Apple Pay and Google Pay.
